Siloam Springs--Harlan Steele Wasson, 69, of Springtown, died yesterday at the Gravette Medical Center. He was born Aug. 28, 1896 in Springtown the son of William David and Rebecca Steele Wasson. He was a merchant, a farmer and a member of the Methodist Church and the Masonic Lodge.
Survivors are the widow, Mrs. Ruth Wasson of the home; one son, Dr. John Wasson of Los Angeles, Calif,. one sister, Mrs. Fanny Pittlman of Fayetteville and one grandchild.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday, at the Gentry Methodist Church with burial in Springtown Cemetery under direction of the Wasson Funeral Home.
