September 21, 1878 - June 12, 1955
Mrs. Love Langley, 76, died at the home of her daughter Mrs. Hubert Cathey, 151 Prospect St. at 10:15 p.m. Sunday. Mrs. Langley has lived in Camden for the past 15 years. She was a member of the Madison Street Church of Christ. She is survived by two other daughters, Mrs. Harlow Johnson of Holston, Va., and Mrs. Horace Cloer of Springdale, Ark.; three sons, Chester, Carroll and Claude Langley, all of Camden; one sister, Mrs. G. W. Blakley of Malvern; 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Madison Street Church of Christ by Rev. C. F. Shirey. Burial will be in Delamar cemetery near Manning by Proctor Funeral Home. Her body will lie in state at Proctor's Chapel until funeral time. (Camden News - June 13, 1955)
