Margaret Dorsey Hodgson, 95, of Irving, Texas, died Monday, Nov. 21, 1994, at the Irving Health Care Hospital in Irving.
Born at Keokuk, Iowa, she graduated from the University of Iowa and was married to Arthur H. Hodgson. She was a resident of Wheeler for 38 years and retired from her job as a postmaster after 10 years. Mrs. Hodgson was also an active member of the International Chapter PEO Sisterhood for more than 70 years.
Survivors are one son, Harold Hodgson of Corinth, Texas; two granddaughters; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the White Oak Cemetery near Wheeler under the direction of Moore's Chapel. Cremation was in Texas.
Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.

Arthur Joseph Hodgson, 73, of Wheeler, died July 11 in a Fayetteville hospital. Born March 5, 1905, in New York, N.Y., he was the son of Arthur J. and Laura Dunn Hodgson, a retired attorney and a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church. He had lived in this area for 33 years.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Margaret Dorsey Hodgson of the home; one son, Harold E. Hodgson of Dallas, Texas; one brother, George H. Hodgson of Newport News, Va.; one sister, Miss Ada W. Hodgson of Wheeler; and two granddaughters.
Services were at 2 p.m. today in St. Paul's Episcopal Church with the Rev. Edward L. Salmon officiating. Cremation followed and arrangements were under the direction of Moore's Chapel of Fayetteville. Memorials may be made to St. Paul's or White Oak Cemetery Association at Wheeler.
Pallbearers were William Hanks, Jack Post, Loren Gibson, Eugene Aaron, D.B. Glass and Kenneth Hulse.
