FAYETTEVILLE — Travis Eugene Gentry, age 35, of Fayetteville, died Oct. 14, 2010, in Fayetteville. He was born June 14, 1975, in Orange, Texas, the son of Richard and Dee Baldwin Gentry.

He attended Cross Church First Baptist Church of Springdale and was employed as a safety director for K&K Pet Supply. He taught a First Responder course at Petra, was a volunteer firefighter for Wheeler Fire Department, enjoyed hunting and spending time with his children.

He was predeceased by his father.

Travis is survived by his wife, Brandy Callich Gentry, of the home; one son, Blaine Gentry, of the home; one daughter, McKenzie Gentry, of the home; his mother, Dee Baldwin of Bridge City, Texas; three brothers, Richard Gentry of Houston, Texas, Kyle Gentry of Texas, and Jim Zeferjahn of Topeka, Kan.; and one sister, Shannon Livingston of Bridge City, Taxas.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2010, at 1 p.m. at Cross Church First Baptist Church of Springdale with the Rev. Charlie Foster officiating, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Elm Springs Cemetery.

Visitation will be Monday from 5 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
