On September 17, 2011 at 11:30 p.m., Ana Isabella Barcenas graced the lives of her parents, Jose David Barcenas Salinas and Bridget Ann Barcenas, with her presence. She was with us only a few moments before she opened her wings and flew to heaven. Our baby girl left us in the blink of an eye, but she will remain with us in our hearts forever. Our souls ache with the love that we can only give to her in our dreams. Even though she passed so quickly through our lives, we are grateful for every second we had with her.
In addition to her parents, Ana Isabella Barcenas is survived by her sister, Sofia Julianna Barcenas, who loved her sleeping baby sister from the moment she saw her, and by her grandparents, Magdaleno Barcenas Almendarez, Maria Refugio Salinas Reina, William Harold White, and Judy Ann White. She is also survived by her great-grandparents, Julian Harold White, Catherine H. White and W. Inez Courtney.
Little Angel, know that we loved you from the moment that you began life in my womb and that we will always, always love you and never forget you. We pray that you are smiling with all the joy and happiness that your beautiful heart can stand. One day we will be together again.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 24, 2011, at St. Joseph Catholic Church. The Vigil Service will take place 30 minutes prior to the funeral mass. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park.
