Jacky Spears Brown was born October 12, 1941 in Enola, Arkansas to Roy and Dessie (Spears) Brown. He departed this life on June 22, 2011 in Chouteau at the age of 69 years 8 months and 10 days.

Jacky graduated from Conway High School, Conway, Arkansas with the class of 1959. Jacky was in the United States Army Reserves prior to entering into active duty in September of 1961 and served until September 1964. He attained the rank of Sergeant and served with the 7th Army Battery B, 6th Battalion, 62nd Artillery in Germany . After military service, Jacky continued his education at the University of Arkansas and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering in January 1970. Jacky had a long career in pipeline project management worldwide for C.E. Crest, Williams Brothers Engineering Company, and Fluor Daniel; and then worked last as project manager for T.D. Williamson, Inc., in Tulsa , retiring in 2009. He was married to Marcia Goss Saparito on May 9, 1996 in Tulsa. At a young age Jacky was baptized into the Church of Christ Church. He was a member of Chi Epsilon Fraternity at the University of Arkansas; Green Glove Masonic Lodge #107, Conway, Arkansas; American Society of Civil Engineers, Registered Professional Engineers of Oklahoma and Arkansas; National Rifle Association and Oil Capital Rod and Gun Club, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Jacky enjoyed doing a variety of things including fishing, hunting, canoeing and snow skiing. He made radio controlled airplanes and also was an airplane pilot. Jacky was a World War II history buff and enjoyed collecting and researching history of memorabilia he gathered around the world during business and leisure travel. He was an avid reader, liked photography, gun collecting and target shooting. His family meant everything to Jacky and he will be missed by many who knew and loved him.
