Obituary
Mary Pauline Bishop, age 89, of Heber Springs, Arkansas, passed away Monday, February 14, 2011, at the Southridge Village Nursing and Rehab Center. Born in Wheatley, Arkansas, on July 21, 1921, she was the daughter of the late W. E. and Alma B. (Caldwell) Parks.
A longtime resident of Heber Springs, Mrs. Bishop was a retired department store clerk and a member of the Business and Professional Women's Club. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Heber Springs.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bishop was preceded in death by one brother, Walter Parks, and one sister, Margaret Willis.
She is survived by her husband, Kelcie Bishop of Heber Springs; her sisters-in-law, Nina Hughes and husband, Jerry, of Little Rock and Vera Gray and husband, Paul, of Searcy; and her nieces and nephews. Mrs. Bishop is also survived by other relatives and her many friends.
