SILOAM SPRINGS — Geneva Maxine Dobson, 73, of Siloam Springs, Ark., passed away Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014. She was born March 29, 1941, in Pawhuska, Okla., to Thomas and Luda Allison Johnson.

Geneva enjoyed spending each day in her garden watching her fruit trees that she planted grow. Her favorite flowers were red roses because she loved the color red. Geneva also spent a lot of time crocheting; she made over 60 quilts.

She was a member of the Siloam Springs Seventh-day Adventist Church for over 40 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Eugene Johnson and Virgil Johnson.

Geneva is survived by her children's father, Floyd Dobson; two daughters, Sandy Holland of Centerton, Ark., and Rachel Wright of Seligman, Mo.; one son, Wayne Dobson and wife, Lola Dobson-Woods, of Colcord, Okla.; two sisters, Mary Lou Widener of Ralston, Okla., and Edna Brooks of Ralston, Okla.; three brothers, Karl Johnson of Rich Hill, Mo., Tom Johnson of Ponca City, Okla., and Raymond Johnson of Seneca, Mo.; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, 2014, at Fairmount Cemetery in Gentry with Chaplain Chuck Bengtson officiating.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers.
