GENTRY — James Edward Snow, 55, of Gentry died June 1, 2006, at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital. He was born April 6, 1951, in Siloam Springs to William Leroy and Ethel May Jones Reed.

He was a construction manager for PB2. He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.

He was a 4-H leader and a member of Alpha Ro Chi. He was involved in Habitat for Humanity and a member of Falling Springs Community Church. He married Paula Mankins on Sept. 28, 1973, in Cedarville.

Survivors include his wife, Paula of the home; one daughter, Valerie Ann Snow of the home; one grandson, Aidan James January of the home; one brother, Michael Snow of Van Buren; two sisters, Margaret Reed of Fort Smith and Nancy Hernandez of Siloam Springs; one stepbrother, Dale Reed of Mountainburg; three stepsisters, Wilma Wilroth, Dorothy Bull and Janice Truelove, all of Mountainburg.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Falling Springs Church with Mark Rotramel and Bill Wright officiating.

Burial will follow in Falling Springs Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs, online at www.wassonfuneralhome.com.
