Mrs. Hazel Louise Campbell, 62, of Kentland, Ind., passed away Thursday, April 15, 2004, in Watseka, Ill. She was born Feb. 10, 1942, in Deason, Miss., to Coleman and Mary (Coleman) Thompson.
She is survived by her former husband and father of her five children, Donley E. Campbell; children, Victoria, Deborah, Leigh, Paula and Theresa; two brothers, David and Jerry; four sisters, Pearly-May, Pauline, Anna Clay and Molly; 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2004, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville, Ark., with Pastor C.H. Doss officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville.
