Wanda Stroud Quattlebaum, 82, of Floyd went to be with the Lord Thursday, June 6, 2019. She was born February 11, 1937 at Thorton, Arkansas to the late Howell and Pauline Clemons Harrison.
Wanda loved the Lord, her family, and her friends with all her heart. Wanda was an amazing cook and loved all things beautiful including flowers, jewelry, make-up, and hair, and was a hairdresser for majority of her life. She had a contagious smile and big laugh that could warm up a room.
She married Dearl Stroud November 6, 1954 at Sugar Grove, Arkansas; he preceded her in death in February of 1992. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Lorett Nailling; granddaughter, Amanda Nailling; three brothers and one sister.
She is survived by a son, Jeff Stroud (Ladonna) of Benton; son-in-law, Ronnie Nailling of Searcy; four grandchildren, Crissy Klober (Josh), Nathan Nailling (Christin), Tarra Turney (Robert), Okla., and Natalie Martin (Chad); eight great-grandchildren; one brother, Ronnie Harrison (Marilyn; as well as many extended family and friends.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with funeral services starting at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
