Patricia Joan Dobbs, 77, of Conway went to be with the Lord, February 13, 2020. She was born in Swifton, Arkansas on August 12, 1942 to Leonard and Mildred Weatherford. Joan was a member of the First Pentecostal Church of North Little Rock for 50 years. She loved gardening and working in her yard. She was an avid shopper at Goodwill and Joan loved horses. She was a very giving person. She owned an in-home daycare and loved children.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 39 years Burnes Dobbs; granddaughter Brandy Neil; and brother Larry Weatherford.

Burnes Dean "PaPaw" Dobbs, 61, of Conway died Saturday (May 2, 1998).

Born July 10, 1936, in Tuckerman (Jackson County), son of Marion Lee and Jessie Lacey Dobbs, he was a retired construction worker and a member of First Pentecostal Church of North Little Rock.

Survivors are his wife, Patricia Joan Weatherford Dobbs; two sons, Jimmy Dobbs of Conway and Joe Dobbs of Vilonia; a daughter, Patty Riley of Conway; a sister, Earlene Feltmon of Conway; three brothers, Tommy Dobbs of Batesville and Robert Dobbs and Wayne Dobbs, both of La Porte, Ind.; and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at First Pentecostal Church. Burial will be in Crestlawn Memorial Park by North Little Rock Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
