Vickie Jolene Williams-Frisby, 53 of Strong, died Saturday, April 15, 2006 at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock from injuries received in a motor vehicle accident.

Born February 13, 1953 in Lubbock, TX, she was the daughter of Marshall, Jr, and Betty Johnson Moore. Vickie earned an Associate Degree from South Arkansas Community College in El Dorado and was employed by Teris for over 15 years as a materials handler.

She was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother and was a very devoted gardener.

Preceding her in death were her father, a brother, Marshall Moore, Jr and a sister Carol Ann Moore.

Survivors include her husband, Randy B Frisby of Strong, two sons, Shane Williams and his wife Tina of Lubbock, TX, and Bou Williams and his wife Heather of Ft. Campbell, TN and her mother, Betty Phillips of El Dorado. Also surviving is a step-son, Clint Frisby and his wife Hillary of El Dorado, a step-daughter, Holly Frisby of Strong, three brothers, Richard Moore and his wife Suzanne of Las Vegas, NV, Max Moore and his fiancée Lisa and Michael Moore all of El Dorado. There are eight grandchildren, Dakota, Brett, Tanner, Tristan, Logan, Amber, Spencer and Bella, 11 nieces and nephews and 5 great nieces and great nephews.
