Rogers, Sept. 9-(Special)- Charles Elmer Fulkerson, 76, a retired railroad employe, died his home in Tuck's Chapel community Wednesday after a brief illness. He suffered a heart attack Monday. He was a native of Carmi, Ind., but came to Benton County in 1919.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Nora Larson Fulkerson of Tuck's Chapel, and a step-son, E.V. Matheny of Portland, Ore. Funeral arrangements under the direction of the Burns Funeral Home are incomplete.
