Dan Hanna, 58, resident of 819 North Oakland Street, died Sunday morning in a local hospital after an illness of four weeks. He was born December 3, 1902 at Beebe, the son of Ottis and Myrtle Hanna, was a graduate of Fayetteville High School, a member of Central Methodist Church, a veteran of World War II, and was employed by Fayetteville Plumbing Company.

Survivors are his mother, Mrs. Myrtle Hanna, of the home; and three sisters, Mrs. Sybil Randall, Albuquerque, N.M., Mrs. Earl Land and Mrs. Jack Roberts of Fayetteville.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Nelson's Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Dan Hanna who died Sunday were conducted yesterday afternoon in the chapel of Nelson's Funeral Home by Chaplain B. D. Willets, assisted by Dr. Andrew M. Hall and the Rev. Harold Eggensperger. Burial was in Fairview cemetery.

Pallbearers were Doyne Burns, Rodney Land, Tom Land, Dan Roberts, Ernest Standley and David Armbruster.

Mrs. Myrtle B. Hanna, 94, Hillcrest Towers, Fayetteville, died May 17 in a Fayetteville hospital. Born Feb. 1881 at Beebee, she was the daughter of Daniel James and Virginia Gillespie McIntosh, and was a retired teacher, having taught in Fayetteville, Springdale, Elkins and Winslow. She served as librarian for Washington County library in Fayetteville and also at Will Rogers Memorial Library in Claremore, Okla.

She was the oldest living member of Central United Methodist Church, and was an honorary member of the church's administrative board. She was also a member of the Business and Professional Women's Club, Women's Civic Club, Petulia Club and Golden H Club.

Survivors include two daughters, Virginia Land, Gravette and Mrs. Margaret Roberts, Fayetteville; seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Central United Methodist Church under the direction of Moore's Chapel. Burial will be in Fairview Memorial Gardens.
