HUNTSVILLE — Paula Dean Middlebrook, 67, of Huntsville died Friday, Jan. 31, 2014, in Fayetteville. She was born Nov. 13, 1946, in Tulare, Calif., the daughter of Paul Middlebrook and Francis Hawkins.
Private burial was handled by Nelson-Berna Funeral Home and Crematory of Fayetteville.
