Mrs. Essie Carolyn Parrish, 67, a former area resident, died Wednesday in Little Rock. Born Nov. 23, 1906 in Woolsey, Ark., she was the daughter of Michael and Rhoda Brown Stonesifer.
Survivors are the husband, Clifford of the home; two sons, Arils of Sunnyvale, Calif. and Lawton of Mountain View, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Virginia Ganshaw of Sunnyvale, Calif. and Mrs. Aretha Garrett of Little Rock; a brother, Estell Stonesifer of San Diego, Calif. and four sisters, Mrs. Stella McKenzie of Redlands, Calif., Mrs. Laura Gilliam. of Las Angeles, Calif., Mrs. Annie Watkins of Florida and Mrs. Josie Parrish of Wichita, Kan.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Chapel of Nelson's Funeral Home with burial in the Fairview Cemetery.
