SILOAM SPRINGS — O.E. Melton, 87, of Siloam Springs died May 6, 2005, in Siloam Springs. He was born Oct 24, 1917, in Ranger, Texas, to Oscar and Ellie Carswell Melton.
He was a painter and a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Venie Melton.
Survivors include a son, Roy Melton and wife Ramona of Siloam Springs; one granddaughter, Shelley Melton of Siloam Springs.
No services are planned. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs.
