SILOAM SPRINGS — Charles Dwight Clegg, 72, of Siloam Springs died Sept. 29, 2007, at Siloam Springs Nursing and Rehab Center. He was born Dec. 5, 1934, in Blairstown, Mo., to Floyd Clegg and Marjorie Holzhauer. He moved to the area in 1989 and was a former longtime resident of Colorado. He was a retired truck driver from Sysco Foods. He was a member of the Gentry Seventh-day Adventist Church. He married Charolette Moore on July 28, 1955.
Survivors include his wife, Charolette of the home; one son, Marlin Clegg and wife Marice of Gentry; one daughter, Renee Ramsey and husband Chuck of Fort Collins, Colo.; one foster daughter, Marita Jones and Tom Ferguson of Cortez, Colo.; five grandchildren.
A private graveside service was held Monday at Fairmont Cemetery near Gentry with Glenn Hill officiating.
Memorials may be made to Ozark Adventist Elementary School.
