H.E. Jennings, 89, of Fayetteville died Thursday, July 6, 2006, at North Hills Life Care & Rehabilitation Center in Fayetteville.

He was born June 8, 1917, at Sage, the son of Homer and Laura Helm Jennings. He was preceded in death by his wife, Arah D. Jennings, on Oct. 4, 2003, and two brothers, Spellman Jennings and K. Lynn Jennings.

He was a retired employee of Elkhart Products Corp. and was a Methodist. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and was awarded four Bronze Stars.

He is survived by a son, Larry E. Jennings and wife Karen of Fayetteville; a granddaughter, Laura Allison Crane and husband Todd of Sand Springs, Okla.; a grandson, Addam Copeland and wife Stefanie of Austin, Texas; two great-grandchildren, Parker and Brooklyn Crane.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, July 10 at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville, online at www.mooresfuneralchapel.com.

Chaplain Georgia Senor will officiate.

Burial will be in Fairview Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Moore's.

Memorials may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, 72762.
