MOUNTAIN VIEW – Kyle Heflin, 16, of Mountain View died Sunday, July 13, 2003, at Little Rock.
Born Sept. 12, 1986, at Oklahoma City, he was the son of Jett Christopher Heflin and Deborah Lynn Harness Heflin. He was a student at Mountain View High School, attended Arbanna Baptist Church and was active in football, baseball and swimming.
Survivors include his parents, of Mountain View; two sisters, Ashley Heflin and Courtney Heflin, both of Mountain View; and grandparents, Lindsey and Loreva Harness of Mountain View.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Jean and Dale Heflin; and great-grandparents, Jake and Hope Williams and Auzzie and Heffie Harness.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Arbanna Baptist Church with the Rev. Jim Chandler and the Rev. Steve Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Flatwoods Cemetery with arrangements by Roller Coffman Funeral Home of Mountain View.
Pallbearers will be Jacob Pledger, Dustin Rooker, Braeden Looney, Cody Passmore, Mike Carroll, Jeremy Ward, Daniel Burnette and Jestry Gill.
Honorary pallbearers are Stewart Simms, Daniel Cartwright, Eric Sherrill, Keanan Glen, Hagen Glen, Brentley Ruminer, Jake Gill, Donny Cox and Gary Branscum.
