Norma Lee Biggs, 61, of Drasco, Ark., died Monday July 7, 2008.

She was a member of the Old Pleasant Ridge Church.

Survivors include her husband, Michael Biggs of Drasco; stepson, Mark Biggs of Bartlett, Tenn.; daughter, Tena VanPelt of Conway; stepdaughter, Dena Harrison of Heber Springs; mother, Erma Lee Rackley of Ida; brothers, Jerry and Gerald Rackley of Ida; sisters, Nelda Eddings of Drasco and Marion Loyd of Russellville; grandchildren, Dustin and Ragen VanPelt of Conway; and stepgrandchildren, Allyson and Abbygail Harrison of Heber Springs, and Taylor Biggs of Bartlett, Tenn.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Heber Springs Funeral Home. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery near Drasco. Arrangements are by Heber Springs Funeral Home.
Obituary;
Norma Lee Biggs, age 61, of Drasco, Arkansas passed away July 7, 2008. Born February 15, 1947, in Heber Springs, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the Erma Lee Southerland Rackley and the late Lee Rackley. She was the former owner of Norma's Hair Care and a member of the Old Pleasant Ridge Church.

Norma was a fun-loving one of a kind wife, daughter, sister, mother and grandmother and friend to many and will be missed by all. She was a member of the Heber Springs Jitter-Boppers.

The family stated that Norma met the Lord peacefully and without pain.

Survivors include her husband, Michael Biggs of Drasco, AR; Daughter, Tena VanPelt of Conway; step-daughter, Dena Harrison of Heber Springs; step-son, Mark Biggs of Barlett, TN;; Mother, Erma Lee Rackley of Ida, AR; brothers, Jerry and Gerald Rackley of Ida, AR; sisters, Nelda Eddings of Drasco and Marion Loyd of Russellville, AR; grandchildren, Dustin and Ragen VanPelt of Conway, step-grandchildren, Allyson and Abbygail Harrison of Heber Springs, AR, and Taylor Biggs of Barlett, TN; and many friends.
