Marjorie May Scraper, 72, of Siloam Springs, died Monday, March 8, 1993 at her home near Gentry.

Mrs. Scraper was born Oct. 31, 1920 in Bellville, Kan., to Carl and Ollie Witt. She was married to Manford Scraper in Eldorado, Kan. Mrs. Scraper was a member of the United Indian Methodist Church, and had been a cook in her life time.

Survivors include her husband, Manford Scraper; four sons, John G. Dean, of Kearneyville, W. Va., Max Scraper, of Siloam Springs, Wallace Noah Scraper, of Eugene, Or., and Norman Eugene Scraper, of Rogers; her mother, Ollie Doctor of Bellville, Kan.; two sisters, Dorothy Cory, of Osceola, Fla., and Jean Cherney, of Agenda, Kan.; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Mrs. Scraper was cremated under the direction of the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 13, 1993 at 2 p.m. at the Fairmount Cemetery near Gentry.
