Elizabeth Conorino, the daughter of Dayton and Bertie Day Sackett, Sr., was born in Greenfield, Tennessee, on April 5, 1910, and passed away in Heber Springs, Arkansas, on October 6, 2007, at the age of 97 years.
Mrs. Conorino was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking and helping others. Her religious belief was Protestant. She was preceded in death by a son, Gilbert S. Glenn; a sister, Kathryn Menley; and a half brother, Dayton Sackett, Jr.
Survivors are a son, W. C. Glenn Sr. and wife, Boozie, of Wilburn; a daughter, Elizabeth Bernard and husband, Paul, of Landrum, South Carolina; a daughter-in-law, Mary Ann Glenn of South Lion, Michigan; 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 4 great, great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
Graveside services and interment will be held Tuesday, October 9, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. at Cleburne County Memorial Gardens with Lance Mays officiating. Arrangements are by Olmstead Funeral Home, Inc.
