*Obituary
Mary R. Hooten the Daughter of Lyndon and Beedie Hess Laverty was born in Houghton, Kansas on November 15, 1926 and passed away in Heber Springs, Arkansas on May 11, 2003 at the age of 76 years. Mrs. Hooten was a Homemaker and member of the Sugarloaf Baptist Church where she was a past Sunday School Teacher. She was preceeded in death by her parents. Lyndon and Beedie Laverty and her husband William D Hooten.
She is survived by two sons Chan Boren and Rich Boren both of Heber Springs and a Daughter Linda Whitson of Bowie, Texas. Two Brothers: Aron Laverty of Mobile, Texas and Austin Laverty of Idaho, one Sister, Leta Herring of Pampa, Texas. Mrs. Hooten is also survived by eight grand children and 21 Great Grandchildren besides other
grandchildren besides other relatives and many friends.
