We celebrate the life and legacy of Billy Ray Hulsey of Heber Springs, Arkansas, who passed away August 18, 2014 at the age of 81 years. He was born September 4, 1932 in Dunbar, Oklahoma.
He was a US Army Korean War Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents Chester Reeder and Thelma Roberts Hulsey, a sister Jolene and a grandson Dacovin.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years Brenda Hulsey and their little buddy Winston; daughters Debra Schow, Washington; Diana Bird; Kimberly Whitney; and Nicole Williams; a sister Mary Jean Kleinschmidt; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A private family service is planned.
