Obituary (Floyd)
Mr. Floyd Begley of Heber Springs, Arkansas, passed away Monday, March 3, 2003, at the Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. Born November 16, 1920, at St. Joe, Arkansas, Mr. Begley was 82 years of age. He was the son of the late Allen and Melvinna (Pruitt) Begley.
Mr. Begley was a resident of Heber Springs most of his life. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U. S. Army, and he was a member of the American Legion and the Disabled American Veterans. Mr. Begley's religious belief was Assembly of God.
He is survived by:
his wife: Penny (Martin) Begley of Heber Springs, AR, one son: Tommy Begley of Heber Springs, AR, three brothers: Sam Begley and Monroe Begley, both of Heber Springs, AR, and Carl Begley of Woodstock, Illinois, one granddaughter: Cynthia Brown of Maumelle, AR, and three great grandchildren: Aaron, Caleb, and Sarah Brown. Mr. Begley is also survived by other relatives and his many friends.
