Ella Willene Bailey, 56, of Lincoln died Sunday, April 24, 1994, at Washington Regional Medical Center. Born May 27, 1937, at Canehill, the daughter of William Dee and Ella Mae Wright Reed, she was a former employee of the Bank of Lincoln. She was a member of the Vineyard Community Church, secretary of the Lincoln Planning Commission and served as treasurer to the Arkansas Apple Festival Committee. She was governor of the American Institute of Banking and treasurer of the Lincoln Riding Club. She was a member of the International Credit Women, Lincoln.Booster Club and Adoptive Parents Club. She also assisted in a counseling program sponsored by NARTI.

Survivors are her husband, Ronald Bailey of the home; three daughters, Pamela Ann O'Brien of Siloam Springs, Samantha Dee Harvey of Lincoln and Rhonda Leontine Wilhite of Evansville; her parents of Evansville; a brother, Raymond Reed of Evansville; and four grandchildren.

Funeral is at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Vineyard Community Church near Evansville, with the Rev. Bruce Thompson officiating. Burial is in Vineyard Cemetery. Arrangements are by Luginbuel Funeral Home of Prairie Grove. Memorials may be made to the Northwest Arkansas Radiation Therapy institute, 5835 W. Sunset Ave., Springdale, 72762.
