Glen Dale Hays, 75, of Globe, Arzona, was born August 7, 1936 to Odus Parks Hays and Gracie Parrish Hays of Appleton,Arkansas. He went home to be with the Lord peacefully on Wednesday July 4, 2012, at The Villa Hospice Facility in Mesa, Arizona. Glen was preceded in death by his parents;brothers, Emmett Hays of Appleton and James Hays of Russellville,Arkansas. Glen graduated from Hector High School in 1954 and joined the US Army in 1957 was honorably discharged in 1958 due to medical reasons. Glen lived a full life and was a hard working man in construction and real estate management.
Glen is survived by brothers, Raymond Hays of Appleton, Bob Hays of Little Rock,Arkansas and Evelyn Moore of Bend, Oregon, his sons, Robert Hays of Globe, Arizona, Scott Hays of San Manuel, Arizona and Richard Hays of Purvis, Mississippi; grandchildren, Brandon Hays and Joshua Hays of Dardanelle,Arkansas; Sarah Hull of Russellville,Arkansas; Zachery Hays of Sumrall, Mississippi, Haleigh Hays of Pass Christain, Mississippi and Emilie Hays of Purvis, Mississippi; and great-grandsons, Preston Hull of Russellville, and Alexandria and Zachery Hays of Dardanelle.
Visitation will be held prior to services.
Pallbearers will be his sons, Robert, Scott and Richard; and three grandsons, Brandon, Zachery and Joshua.
