Obituary
Delila "Lila" Porter, 96, of Benton, formerly of Quitman, went to be with her Lord on Monday, August 27, 2012. Born in Quitman, Arkansas on September 14, 1915, she was a daughter to Jim and Lishey Ann ( Howell) Bettis.
She was preceded in death by her husband of seventy years, James Russell Porter, her parents and eight siblings.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, August 30, at Quitman United Methodist Church.
Interment will follow at Cleburne County Memorial Gardens.
