Obituary
Vernice Adair Swint Horton, age 96, of Heber Springs, Arkansas, passed away at home on Monday, February 6, 2012. She was born in Booneville, Arkansas, on February 15, 1915.
Mrs. Horton was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Blake Swint and James Vern Horton; one daughter, Netta Sue Heigle; her parents; and eighteen brothers and sisters.
Mrs. Horton is survived by one son, Larry Swint and his wife, Carolyn, of Heber Springs; one brother, Clayton Adair; two sisters, Hazel Adair and Johnny Fay Adair; five grandchildren, Jerline, Rhonda Sue, Twyla, Pam, and Blake; three stepgrandchildren, Nathan Lee, Kimberly, and Tammy; and her great-grandchildren. Mrs. Horton is also survived by other relatives and her many friends.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 11, at 2:00 p.m. in the Olmstead Chapel with Bro. John Roberts officiating.
