Mr. Daniel Watt, age 82, of Heber Springs, died Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2006, at his home. Mr. Watt was born in Mt. Ida on Jan. 9, 1923, the son of the late James and Ida Horton Watt. Mr. Watt was a civil engineer and a veteran of World War II having served in the Army Air Corps as a B24 pilot. He was a Mason, a Shriner, a member of the Rotary Club and the First United Methodist Church of Heber Springs.Mr. Watt is survived by his wife, Irma Ann Ward Watt of Heber Springs; five sons, Gregory Watt and Michael Watt both of Michigan, Robert Watt of Massachusetts and Steven Watt and David Watt, both of Colorado; one sister, Dorothy Wilson of Forrest City; seven grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Watt.Funeral services for Mr. Watt were held on Friday, Jan. 6, 2006, at the First United Methodist Church of Heber Springs. Burial followed in Cleburne County Memorial Gardens
