BENTONVILLE — Marjorie Mabel Jones, 78, of Bentonville died Aug. 19, 2002, at her home. She was born Oct. 21, 1923, in Watts, Okla., to Louis and Myrtle Hudson Noblitt. She and her husband moved to Bentonville in 1962 from Siloam Springs. She was a member of Park Street Baptist Church in Bentonville. She enjoyed gardening and was a volunteer at the Senior Citizen Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Franklin Jones, on March 1, 1984.

Survivors include seven sons, Kenneth Jones of Elm Springs, Oscar, Roland and Rodney Jones, all of Rogers, Louis, George and Hardeth of Bentonville; two daughters, Mina Clement of Cabot and Gloria Wilson of Bentonville; one brother, Charlie Hudson; 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Bentonville with the Rev. Ron Roughton officiating.

Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery at Gentry.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Callison-Lough Funeral Service in Bentonville.

Pallbearers will be Jarimie Tate, Damon Wilson, Cullan Wilson, Keith Hoffeditz, Justin Jones and Jesse Bennett.

Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Hospice, 1200 W. Walnut St., Rogers, 72756.
