HARDEN, Bessie WHEATLEY - Mrs. Bessie Harden, wife of Marion Harden, died Sunday night at her home on West Walnut St. after a long struggle with tubercular trouble. The funeral was held at the Christian church and was conducted by the pastor, Rev. P.B. Hall, assisted by Rev. J.H. Kirkpatrick of the Presbyterian church. Interment was in the city cemetery Mrs. Harden was a daughter of M. Wheatley and wife of this city and had lived here for some ten years. She was born in Illinois August 6, 1873. She was twice married and is survived by her husband, Marion Harden, to whom she was married in June 1908 and by a daughter by her first husband. She was a member of the Christian church of this city. Mrs. Harden leaves a large circle of friends and numerous relatives to mourn her untimely death. She was a woman with many splendid Christian virtues and a loving wife and mother, whose place can never be filled.
