Thelma M. Bivins Ray, 71, of Alma, AR.,
died Wednesday, Nov. 29, 1995, in a
Fort Smith hospital. She was an employee
of Wortz Biscuit Company and a member of
Massard Methodist Church. Thelma was
a kind and loving person, whom loved her god.
Thelma was the third child of 10 children.
She was born Sept. 25, 1924 to Henry H.
and Florence H. (Moody) Bivins.
She married Howard Ray Dec. 12, 1957.
They had one daughter, Donna L Ray.
SERVICES: Double graveside services for
Thelma Ray and her sister Lorene Bivins
will be 2:00 p.m. Dec. 1, 1995 at Barling
Cemetery under the direction of Fentress
Mortuary.
SURVIVED BY: Her husband, Howard Ray
of Fort Smith, AR., and one daughter
Donna Ray of Alma, AR., five sisters,
Wanda Walter, Arietta Nicholson and
Betty Gasper, all of Central City, AR.,
Burna Westcamp of Muldrow, OK., and
Eunice Patterson of El Paso, TX., and
a brother, Mike Bivins of Muldrow, OK.
PRECEDED IN DEATH: by her parents,
Henry Horton Bivins and Florence Heddie
(Moody) Bivins, and two brothers, Gene
and Ronnie Bivins.
