Married Helen Kelly in 1943.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years who passed away three years ago; his parents, Oran Sr. and Pearl Moody; a brother, Bobby Moody; a sister, Louise Sellars; and a great-grandson, William Copeland.
He was a CPA, and was a sergeant in the Army during WWII. He is survived by a daughter Gail Branstetter and her husband, Russ of Maumelle. A daughter, Mona Lejman and her husband, Bruno of Van Buren.; a son, Michael Moody of Ft. Smith; a brother Raymond Moody and his wife, Margie of Fort Smith. Also 5 grandchildren Stephanie Sanford of Kibler, Chris Branstetter, currently in China, Jenna Rader of Edmond, Okla., Stephan Copeland of Fort Smith and Emily Wallace of Olive Branch, Miss.; Seven great-grandchildren, Patrick Sandford, Kristina and Wesley Copeland, Emma and Ellie Granstetter, Madeline and Avery Wallace.
