Bernard E. Martin, 91 of Van Buren died Monday, January 14, 2013 in Van Buren.
He was born May 20, 1921 in Fort Smith.
He was a member of Spradling Baptist Church and a retired Plumber.
He was preceded in death by his wife Hazel Martin, his parents William and Dovie May (Ray) Martin; sons Buddy, Larry and Jackie; brothers Ralph, Joseph, Jules "Tiny", and Johnny; sisters Louise, Rosalie and Billie Mae.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday, January 18, 2013 at Spradling Baptist Church with burial to follow at Barling Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Fort Smith.
He is survived by two daughters: Geraldine Falleur of Muldrow, and Susan Preston of Fort Smith; two sons: William (Bill) Martin of Greenwood and Jonathan Martin of Barling. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren, 28 Great Grandchildren, and 7 Great, great Grandchildren.
