BENTONVILLE — Jerry Elkins, 68, of Bentonville died June 26, 2001, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. He was born Aug. 5, 1932, in Kansas City, Mo., to Ira and Ruby Mann Elkins.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Callison-Lough Funeral Service of Rogers.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
