Patsy Faulk Hale, age 62, of Springfield, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2011. She was born December 2, 1948, a daughter of Arden and Montie Martin Faulk. She was the widow of Jerry Hale, a Personal Care Provider, and of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include two daughters, Teresa (Tim) Evans of Clinton and Sylvia Gustavus of Springfield; two sons, Charles Hale of Conway and Austin Gustavus of the home; one brother, Ray Faulk of Plumerville; one grandson, Hunter Gustavus; and two granddaughters, Katie and Trudy Rappold.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 25, 2011 at Harris Chapel with Bro. Joe Hale and Bro. Cody Standridge officiating. Burial will be at Springfield Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. Family will receive friends 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Sunday, April 24 at the funeral home.
