Charley A. King, 90, of Fort Smith died Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, in Fort Smith.
He was born Nov. 7, 1921, in Fort Smith.
He was a former employee of Strange Welders of Fort Smith, former partner of Charlie King and Son Welding and C and K Wrecker Service, member of Cavanaugh Freewill Baptist Church, World War II Army veteran and the widower of Oda King.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Barling Cemetery.
He is survived by a son, Kenneth King of Greenwood; a daughter, Patsy Hassett of Fort Smith; two brothers, Marvin and Eddie King, both of Fort Smith; two grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
