Mr. Ernie Thomas "Ned" Swaim, age 84, of Bluffton, AR died Sunday, January 4,1998 at St. Mary's Hospital in Russellville, AR. He was born December 20, 1912 in Bluffton, AR to the late Benjamin O. and Phoebe Ann Austin Swaim. He was a retired U. S. Forest Service Employee and farmer and a member of the Nola Church of Christ.
Surviving are his wife, Margie Frances Swaim; two daughters and sons-in-law, Priscilla and Frankie Kitchens of Springdale, AR and Wanda and Danny McIntyre of Bluffton, AR; one sister, Pauline Cook of Tulsa, OK; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services were January 7th at the Nola Church of Christ with B Leonard Fuson officiating. Interment was in the Parks Cemetery by Cornwell Funeral Home of Danville, AR. (WWW.YellCountyObits.org, Yell County Record, Danville,
