Mrs. Eva Hazel Grotts, 75, Norman, Okla., formerly of the Spring Valley community, died Dec. 23 in the Norman Hospital. Born Nov. 1, 1899, at Murfreesboro, Ark., she was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include four sons, Raymond Jordan and Jack Grotts, both of Hindsville, Burton Grotts, Pea Ridge and Daniel Grotts, Cushing, Okla.; four daughters, Mrs. Ruby Hofmeister, Seattle, Wash., Mrs. Winona Phillips, Norman, Mrs. Eva Nell Johnson, Newark, N.J., and Mrs. Ruth Mason, Bend, Ore.; one brother, Ernest Jordan Ashdown, Ark.; two sisters, Mrs. Annie Poss, Nashville, Ark., and Mrs. Eugenia Bonds, Murfreesboro; 26 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Sisco Chapel, with burial in Joyce Cemetery under direction of Sisco.
