Ellen Anita Morgan, 56, of Hernando, Mississippi, formerly of Helena,
Arkansas passed away Thursday, September 29, 2011 in Florence after losing
her twenty year battle with cancer. Ms. Morgan was born July 27, 1955 in
Helena, Arkansas to the late James Otis Terrell and the late Bonnie Jean
Whitworth Terrell.
She is survived by a daughter, Courtney Lipscomb (John) of Florence,
Mississippi; granddaughter, Mallie Lipscomb; sister, Kathy Terrell of
Hernando; brother, Larry Terrell (Carol) of Conway, Arkansas; nephew, Chris
Terrell (Janie) of Arvada, Colorado; and two great-nieces, Sierra and Tessa
Terrell of Arvada.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Chapel services for Anita Morgan will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, October 2,
2011 at Roller-Citizens. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park in West
Helena. Reverend Rodger Hooker will officiate.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St.
Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
