Forrest Wayne Primm, 77, of Ozark, Arkansas, died Monday, June 23, 2014, in Ozark.
He was born June 26, 1936, in Ozark to Clyde and Pearl Hutchens Primm.
He was former owner of Buzy Bee Flowers and Gifts and Primm's Motel in Ozark. He was a Mason and the former Pastor of Hills Chapel Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Mary V. Primm, granddaughter Susie McCartney and brother George Primm.
He is survived by three daughters, Teresa Nichols and Dian Primm both of Ozark and Sandra McCartney of Mulberry; eight grandchildren; and fifteen grandchildren.
