Opal Wallace, 89 of Bald Knob went to be with her Lord on December 10, 2008. Born May 17, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Thomas Stone. She was a homemaker and a member of Worden Baptist Church. She is survived by her sons Roger Wallace of Judsonia, Harold Wallace of Denver, Colorado, Donald Wallace, Gene Wallace, Ray Wallace and Jimmy Wallace, all of Bald Knob; eighteen Grandchildren, sixteen Great Grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Aubrey Wallace, and a daughter, Mary James. Services will be Saturday December 13, 2008 at Warden Baptist Church at 2:00 PM with visitation on Friday December 12, 2008 from 6 to 8 PM at Powell Funeral Home Bald Knob. www.powellfuneralhome.ne
