Mr. William Earl 'Pete' Haynes, age 63, of Wynne, died Friday, June 10, 2005, at his home. Mr. Haynes was born Feb. 24, 1942, was the son of Earl T. Haynes and Virginia Taylor Haynes of Palestine. He was a heavy equipment operator. Mr. Haynes is survived by a son, Rollin Haynes of Palestine; a daughter, Karen Bynum of Wynne; two brothers, Thomas 'Buddy' Haynes and Bobby Haynes, both of Palestine and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Stella Haynes, earlier this year. Visitation for Mr. Haynes will be held on Monday, June 13, 2005, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Home. Graveside funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2005, at 10 a.m. at Forrest Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Stella 'Little Jo' Haynes, age 63, of Palestine, died Wednesday, March 16, 2005, at her home. Mrs. Haynes was born March 30, 1941, in Palestine, the daughter of George Turner and Mary Eldridge Kobeck. She is survived by her husband William 'Pete' Haynes of Wynne; her mother of Forrest City; two daughters, Scarlett Sanders of Palestine and Melanie Lipe of Forrest City; three sons, Danny Stultz of Mt. Morris, Mich., Tracy Stultz of Forrest City and Jody Rooks of McCrory; one sister, Maxine Powell of Forrest City; 19 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father; a brother, Hugo Turner and one son, William Bud Rooks. Visitation for Mrs. Haynes will be held on Friday, March 18, 2005, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2005, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Morgan Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Forrest Park Cemetery.
