Springdale Oct. 6 - (Special)- John Edward Borum, 58, died Saturday night in a North Little Rock Veterans hospital. He was a veteran of World War I and member of the Springdale American Legion Post. He was a native of Johnson and member of the Freewill Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Myrtle W. Borum of Springdale; a foster son, Larry Neal Gilmore of Springdale; a brother, S.Y. Borum of Healing Springs, and a sister, Mrs. Martha Wilson.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 Tuesday at Pilgram's Rest. Burial will be in the Joyce cemetery under direction of Callison-Russell Funeral Home.
