Mrs. Robbie Sue Ryan Manley, age 69, of Wynne and formerly of Forrest City, died at her home in Wynne. Mrs. Manley was born June 20, 1937, in Forrest City, the daughter of William Ryan and Lille Mae Hern Ryan. She lived in Forrest City for most of her life and was a homemaker. Mrs. Manley is survived by two sons, Bubba Allen Manley of Marion and Vernon Craig Manley of Wynne; a sister, Delores Turner of Forrest City and five grandchildren. Visitation for Mrs. Manley will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2006, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Nov. 16, 2006, at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of Stevens Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Forrest Park Cemetery.
