Richard Carroll Garner, age 38, of El Paso died Saturday, July 12, 2008.
He was born in McCrory, March 27, 1970. He was a Baptist and Pipeline Construction foreman.
Surviving is his daughter, Khali Garner; mother and step-father, Laura and Don McCall, El Paso; father, Emmett Garner, Sr., of Patterson; brothers, Emmett Garner, Jr, Honolulah, Ha, Tony Garner, Bald Knob; John Garner, Cabot; sister, Melissa Hodges, Montana and Kimberly Crites, Jonesboro. Grandparents, Harry and Elnora Davidson, Bald Knob.
Visitaion will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral services 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Powell Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Shady Grove Cemetery by Powell Funeral Home, Bald Knob-Judsonia.
