Patsy Jean Wallace, 70, of Benton, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2013. She was born April 22, 1943, in Bald Knob. Mrs. Wallace worked for many years in the kitchen at the Arkansas Health Center and was a member of the Avilla Community Garden. Patsy always maintained an unshakable faith in her God.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Alma Mildred Bone.
She is survived by her son, Brandon Wallace of Benton; two daughters, Melanie Wallace of Benton and Rhonda Kitelinger and husband Bob of East End; her brother, Arthur Lavan Bone of Texas; two sisters, Margaret Whitehead and Carolyn Burleson, both of Bald Knob; and one grandson, Logan Kitelinger.
Funeral service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, July 13, at Ashby Funeral Home and a 2 p.m. graveside service fill follow at Shady Grove Cemetery in Bald Knob. Pastor Barney Fuller will be officiating.
Visitation is set from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 12, at Ashby Funeral Home.
Family comments: Patsy was always willing to help others. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and friend.
